If you have not already done so,
you will need to complete the online reservation form before you confirm.

To confirm your wedding reservation you need to either:

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Payable upon submittal of this Reservation. The amount of the Reservation Deposit must be equal to one third (1/3) of the listed Fee. The Reservation Deposit shall be deducted from the Fee, the balance of which shall be payable fourtyfive (45) days prior to event and a 50% Reservation Deposit for the "Paradise Maui Reception" package. Only for the HIBISCUS package please pay in full at this time.
If your Wedding is within 45 days of the reservation then please pay the full amount at this time.
If you choose FLEXIBLE BOOKING then your deposit must be equal to 50% of the total cost ea. 1/2 of wedding package and/or reception.

If your Wedding is for the Year 2009 or 2010 place a minimum deposit of 50% of your package selection.
Pay in full, or
Pay your balance no later than 45 days prior to your event. All final payments not received by the due date (at close of business day HST) will be automatically charged the following day.

The entire balance is due by cashiers check, or electronic payment 45 days before your ceremony.

Using our secure I-check system.

1. Follow the link above to reveal a "blank check". Complete the fields using information from the next check in your checkbook. You should include the DATE OF CEREMONY in the memo section of the form. If the name on the check is different from that used on the online reservation, please be sure to note the WEDDING PARTY'S NAME in the memo area as well.

2. Be sure to mark the actual check in your checkbook appropriately so you do not use it again. There is no need to mail us a physical check.

3. After we have received your deposit, we will forward a full confirmation to you via email, including any further specifics regarding your special ceremony. Your ceremony is guaranteed once your deposit is received.

Use your credit card or bank account (where available) incl. AMEX®. Once we receive and verify your deposit/payment we will forward your confirmation via email within 24 hours.

2. PAY BY CREDIT CARD

To pay by credit card, simply click on the PayPal image below. Enter your last name,Wedding Package and event date in the "Item" field of the form. Enter the total amount if your wedding is within 45 days from today. Once we recieve and verify your deposit we will forward your confirmation via email within 2 business days.
